Cancellation + Rescheduling Policies
We value your time and the time of our photographers. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients, so we kindly ask that you confirm your appointment or make any changes well in advance whenever possible. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will refund your booking fee, minus a 6% transaction fee. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a credit for the full amount of your booking fee, which can be applied to any future appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting the booking fee, as this prevents us from offering the time slot to other clients.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered part of the 24-hour notice period. Example: For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the end of business on Friday.

You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without penalty, provided the request is made at least 1 Business Day in advance. Additional reschedules beyond the first two will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Serious Illness or emergency
In the event of a serious illness or emergency, please contact us immediately to discuss rescheduling options. While we may make exceptions at our discretion, the standard cancellation policy generally applies.

We know that the weather doesn’t always cooperate, and we’re here to help you navigate those unpredictable days! Here’s what you can expect if the weather impacts your shoot:
Severe Weather:
If the weather takes a turn for the worse—heavy rain, snowstorms, strong winds, or any extreme conditions—we’ll always put safety first and ensure the quality of your photos is top-notch. If the weather prevents us from shooting, we’ll reschedule your session as soon as possible.
Light to Moderate Weather:
If the weather’s a bit unpredictable but still manageable—think light snow, drizzle, or mild winds—we’ll go ahead and shoot the interior portion of your session as planned. If we’re unable to capture the exterior shots on the same day, we’ll offer to come back as soon as possible to take those exterior photos at no additional charge.
*If you’re concerned about the weather impacting the outcome of your photos, you’re welcome to request a one-time reschedule at no additional charge. While we’ll do our best to keep the same photographer, please note that depending on availability, another team member may step in for the rescheduled session.
If you request to upgrade or downgrade your package more than 1 Business Day before your scheduled session, we will do our best to accommodate the change, subject to availability. In the case of a downgrade, you will be refunded the difference, less a 6% transaction fee, as per our refund policy.
If you request to downgrade your package within 1 Business Day of your appointment, the change will not be accommodated. The original package and booking fee remain non-refundable and unchanged.
If you decide to upgrade your package on the day of your appointment, it will be at the photographer's discretion and dependent on the session’s time constraints.
