Cancellation + Rescheduling Policies
We value your time and the time of our photographers. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients, so we kindly ask that you confirm your appointment or make any changes well in advance whenever possible. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment (during the business week) , you can choose one of two options:
Get a refund of your booking fee (minus a 6% transaction fee), or
Receive a full credit to use toward any future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment (during the business week) will result in a loss of the booking fee, since we’re unable to rebook that time slot.
Important: Weekends and holidays don’t count toward the 24-hour notice. For example, if your appointment is on at 11am on a Monday, you’ll need to cancel by 11am on the Friday before.
rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without penalty, provided the request is made at least 1 business day in advance. Additional reschedules beyond the first two will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
No show and property access Policy
No-Show Policy: If no one is available at the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and we haven't been notified in advance, the session will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the package price.
Property Access: Client must ensure photographer can enter the property. This includes arranging for someone to be present, providing access codes/keys, or coordinating with tenants. If entry cannot be gained due to access issues, the session will be considered a no-show and full charges apply.
It is the client responsibility to confirm all access arrangements before the appointment and provide an emergency contact number for day-of coordination.

Serious Illness or emergency
In the event of a serious illness or emergency, please contact us immediately to discuss rescheduling options. While we may make exceptions at our discretion, the standard cancellation policy generally applies.
weather
We know that the weather doesn’t always cooperate, and we’re here to help you navigate those unpredictable days! Here’s what you can expect if the weather impacts your shoot:
Severe Weather:
If conditions are unsafe or extreme (like heavy rain, snowstorms, hail, or strong winds), we’ll prioritize safety and image quality. In these cases, our team will make the best judgment call that we can. We will contact you promptly to reschedule or cancel.
Light to Moderate Weather:
For more manageable conditions—such as light rain, drizzle, or mild winds—we’ll proceed with the interior shoot as planned unless we the photographer is concerned about image quality. If we can’t get exterior shots that day, we’ll return to complete them at no additional cost at our earliest mutual availability.
If you're concerned about how the weather might affect your photos, you may cancel or reschedule your shoot, provided that you supply 24 hours notice within the business week. For example a shoot at 11am on Monday will need to be canceled by 11am on Friday.
Please review the weather periodically before your shoot to ensure that you will have the desired conditions on your shoot day.
If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your package, we’re happy to help—as long as the request is made at least 1 business day before your scheduled session and availability allows.
Downgrades: You’ll be refunded the difference, minus a 6% transaction fee, in line with our refund policy.
Upgrades: We’ll do our best to accommodate the change, depending on availability.
If you request a downgrade within 1 business day of your appointment, we won’t be able to make changes, and the original package and booking fee will remain in place and non-refundable.
Same-day upgrades may be possible at the photographer’s discretion and based on the time available during your session.
