MLS Relisting Policy

When booking an MLS session with Rae Scott Photography, the images created are exclusively licensed to the original booking agent for the sale of the home. These images cannot be used by any other agent or party without explicit written permission from the original booking agent. If permission is granted, the agent who wishes to use the images will be billed 50% of the original package cost. Rae Scott Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images, and granting permission for another agent to use the images does not transfer copyright ownership. If permission is declined, the requesting agent must reshoot the property at full price through a new booking.

Terms + Conditions

  1. Exclusive Rights for Original Booking Agent:
    All images taken during an MLS session are licensed exclusively to the agent who made the original booking. These images are for use only by that agent and cannot be used by another agent without permission.

  2. Permission for Image Sharing:
    If another agent wishes to use the images, the original booking agent must provide explicit written permission to Rae Scott Photography. Without this permission, no other agent or party is authorized to use the images.

  3. Licensing Fee for Image Use:
    If the original booking agent grants permission for another agent to use the images, the agent wishing to use the images will be billed 50% of the original package cost. This licensing fee is separate from the original booking and must be paid directly to Rae Scott Photography.

  4. Copyright Ownership:
    Rae Scott Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. Granting permission for another agent to use the images does not transfer copyright ownership. The license granted to the new agent is strictly for usage under the conditions outlined in this policy.

  5. Declined Permission & Reshoot Requirement:
    If the original booking agent declines to allow another agent to use the images, and the requesting agent still wishes to use them, a reshoot will be required. The reshoot will be booked at the full price for a new MLS session, with no exception.

  6. Enforcement:
    Any unauthorized use of images or failure to comply with this policy could result in legal action to protect the copyright ownership of Rae Scott Photography and enforce the terms of this agreement.
