Real estate RESHOOT Policy
We strive for perfection on the first visit. However, if a property requires a return visit for any reason, the following pricing and terms apply.

Often, our photographers capture supplemental images during the initial appointment that don't make the first cut. If the shot you’re looking for was already captured during the original session, we can edit and add it to your gallery without a return trip.
Existing Image Addition: $20.00 / per photo
Note: If the requested angle was not captured during the original appointment, standard Reshoot Pricing applies for a return visit.
Terms + Conditions
Complimentary Reshoots: Complimentary reshoots are provided at the company's sole discretion for issues determined to be within our control or responsibility.
Client Preparation Requirements: Property should be clean and/or staged, pets secured, and full access provided to all contracted areas at appointment time. Property will be shot as is.
Client-Requested Reshoots: These occur when changes are requested after original delivery and include, but are not limited to, property changes (staging, furniture, renovations), weather preference changes, additional rooms not in original package, and other modifications beyond the original scope.
Reshoot Request Timeline: All reshoot requests must be submitted within 2 business days of gallery delivery. Requests submitted after this deadline may not be accommodated and a new package will need to be booked.
Weather Policy: We shoot in most weather conditions and postpone only for severe safety risks or at our discretion. Weather preference changes after accepting original images are subject to client-requested reshoot pricing.
Supplemental Image Requests: If an agent requests an additional image that is already in our unedited archives from the original shoot date, a flat $20.00 "Digital Add-On" fee applies. This covers the additional post-production, editing, and gallery hosting.
