Exclusivity Note To maintain our standards for quality, virtual staging is only available for images captured by Rae Scott Co. photographers. This ensures that the perspective, lighting, and resolutions are perfectly calibrated for a seamless 3D render.

    • Standard Staging | $55 per photo: We select furniture and layouts that best complement the architecture. You provide the vibe (e.g., Bright & Modern, Classic Traditional, Industrial, or Bohemian).

    • Custom Staging | By Quote: A collaborative process for brand-specific marketing or projects requiring exact furniture matches and per-room instructions.

    Note: Standard service means you provide the 'vibe' and we handle the design. For exact furniture replicas, brand-specific items, or a more collaborative approach to the process our Custom Tier is the best fit.

    • 1–10 Photos: 2 Business Days

    • 11–20 Photos: 3 Business Days

    • 21+ Photos: Custom timeline provided at booking.

    Note: The turnaround clock starts once all materials—photo selections and style notes—are received. We recommend choosing your images as soon as your gallery is delivered to avoid delays.

    • Select: Identify your favorite frames from your Rae Scott Co. gallery.

    • Direct: Confirm your tier and style "vibe."

    • Deliver: Receive your staged images directly in your gallery.

    • Refine: Each project includes one round of consolidated minor revisions within 5 days of delivery.

    Note: Revisions should be minor adjustments (style swaps, color shifts, layout tweaks). If a revision request fundamentally changes the initial style direction, it may be transitioned to a Custom Service fee.

    • Furniture Removal: If a property is occupied and requires digital furniture removal prior to staging, we offer specialized removal services quoted on a per-room basis. Reach out to admin@raescott.co for a custom quote.
