Once you book, sign the contract, and complete payment, you're all set! We'll collaborate on a moodboard to define your vision and finalize your session location.

On session day, arrive about 10 minutes early. The Rae Scott Team will guide you through everything from poses, coaching, and bringing your vision to life. No awkward guessing, we promise!

Within one business day, you'll receive a proof gallery with light exposure edits to review and select your favorites. Your fully retouched images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

Absolutely! Our one-hour team headshot session is designed for groups of 2+ people and starts at $1,125. This includes 3 team photos plus 1 individual headshot per person (fully retouched), along with collaborative planning, a moodboard, and guided direction throughout the session.

Need to add more team members? Additional teammates are $225 each and include 1 retouched individual photo. Larger teams may require additional studio time, which we'll discuss during booking to ensure everyone gets the time and attention they deserve.

Sessions are available with Kate or Kelsey starting at $1,125, or with lead photographer Rae Scott starting at $2,250.

You won't be waiting long! Within one business day of your session, you'll receive a proof gallery with light exposure edits. This lets you review all the images and select your favorites right away.

Once you've made your selections, your fully retouched final images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. We'll notify you as soon as your gallery is ready!

Yes, we do; however, those are typically on a set date a few times a year. We announce these sessions on our Instagram and through our email list, so be sure to follow along to stay in the loop! If you're looking for something sooner or want a more personalized experience, our standard 1-hour headshot sessions offer more flexibility with scheduling, creative direction, and styling options.

We understand that plans change! Here's how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to two times at no charge, as long as you notify us in writing at least three business days before your scheduled appointment. Additional rescheduling requests beyond two changes will incur a $250 fee per change.

Cancellations with Notice (3+ business days): If you cancel with at least three business days' written notice, you'll receive a full refund of your session fee minus 6% to cover transaction fees. Alternatively, you can opt for full credit toward a future session.

Late Cancellations (Less than 3 business days): Cancellations made with less than three business days' notice will result in forfeiture of 100% of the session fee. Any deposits or payments made will be non-refundable.

Studio Rental Fees: Please note that any studio rental fees already booked on your behalf are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling, as these fees are paid directly to the venue.

Delays or No-Shows: Failure to provide access to the session location or arriving significantly late may be considered a cancellation, and the full session fee will apply.

Absolutely! Feel free to bring any props or tools that help tell your professional story. Pets are welcome as well, though please note there is a $25 studio fee for furry friends. If you're planning to bring a pet or have other people join you during the session, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Are these people a part of your work? Sure! This is not designed to be a family shoot though, so please don’t bring anyone that isn’t a part of your work team.
