PAYMENT & INCIDENTAL TERMS: Initial services are paid at booking. For additional services, incidentals, or post-shoot charges, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
CARD ON FILE: By booking, you authorize Rae Scott Photography to process any incidental balances or late fees using the credit card on file if the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days.
LATE POLICY: A $25.00 late fee applies 30 days after the invoice date. 1.5% monthly interest starts 45 days after the invoice date. Access to galleries and future bookings are paused at 60 days overdue.

Standard Real Estate shoots are licensed only for the duration of a listing on the MLS. Our Flipped Home Package includes a Perpetual Marketing License, allowing you to use the media indefinitely to build your professional portfolio, website, and social media presence long after the home is sold.

This is our "Before" package designed to document the property in its pre-flip state. We capture 10–15 baseline images of the raw space. We keep these specific angles on file so that when you book your finished Flipped Home Package, we can capture the exact matching vantage points for a high-impact "Before & After" portfolio.

No. While The Foundation is highly recommended for creating high-impact "Before & After" marketing, it is a standalone service. You can book the Flipper Package for any completed project to receive professional media and a perpetual marketing license, regardless of whether we captured the "Before" state.

Absolutely. Because you receive a full marketing license with the Flipped Home Package, these images are yours to use in investment pitch decks, "Proof of Work" packets, and annual reports to demonstrate your renovation quality to potential partners and banks.

Yes. Unlike standard listing photos which expire when the home is sold, the Flipped Home Package is specifically designed for your business branding. You are encouraged to use them on your website’s portfolio page, in Instagram Reels, and in any marketing materials to attract new leads or sellers.

Yes. We understand that these are often two different parties working toward the same goal. The Flipped Home Package provides a dual-purpose license: the agent receives the rights to market the home on the MLS, and the flipper/investor receives a permanent license for their long-term business branding.

The Flipped Home Package license is exclusively for you (the investor/flipper) and the agent representing the home for sale on the MLS. Any other third party who worked on the project—such as subcontractors, interior designers, or staging companies—does not have the right to use these images for their own marketing. If they wish to use them for their portfolio, they must contact us to purchase a separate usage license.

You may make changes to your booking through the email that was sent to you when you booked or you can email me to request changes. All changes must be made before 1 business day prior to the shoot. For example, if your shoot is at 9am, changes must be made before 9am the previous business day. Terms and conditions are in your contract and the agreement you filled out during the booking process.
