PAYMENT & INCIDENTAL TERMS: Initial services are paid at booking. For additional services, incidentals, or post-shoot charges, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

CARD ON FILE: By booking, you authorize Rae Scott Photography to process any incidental balances or late fees using the credit card on file if the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days.

LATE POLICY: A $25.00 late fee applies 30 days after the invoice date. 1.5% monthly interest starts 45 days after the invoice date. Access to galleries and future bookings are paused at 60 days overdue.

  • Looking for something custom? No problem. Shoot me an email and we’ll build the perfect shoot for you.

  • Start by selecting the package you prefer above. If this is our first time working together this year, I’ll send you a contract to sign that needs to be done before the shoot. During the booking process, you’ll give me the details I need including the address and entry information. If you have anything else you’d like me to know, send me an email prior to the shoot day. Photos are ready two business days later, by the end of the day unless you selected a rush upgrade. Everything is edited to perfection by me and sized ready to be uploaded to the web.

  • We do! It's $55 per photo and a great option for empty spaces that need a little life before they hit the market. Reach out to us to add it on to your existing booking. For more details click here.

  • Currently my team offers photography, and drone services.

    We do not currently offer floorplans, Matterport/3D Walkthroughs, or videography.

  • You may make changes to your booking through the email that was sent to you when you booked or you can email me to request changes. All changes must be made before 1 business day prior to the shoot. For example, if your shoot is at 9am, changes must be made before 9am the previous business day.
