Start by selecting your preferred package through our online booking system. If this is our first time working together this year, you'll receive a contract to sign before the shoot. During booking, you'll provide the property address, access information, and any special requests. We'll arrive at the scheduled time to photograph your rental property, highlighting the features and amenities that make it stand out to potential tenants. Final edited photos are delivered within 2 business days (or 1 business day with rush delivery), professionally edited and ready to use for your rental listings on platforms like Zillow Rental Manager, Apartments.com, and more. Your license allows you to reuse the photos for future rental listings of the same property as long as you remain the property manager or listing agent.

As of right now, I only offer photography. In the future I may add on more services, but at this point I like specializing in high-end residential photography.

Yes! We're headquartered in Denver but serve all of Colorado and beyond. Travel fees apply for properties outside our standard service area, calculated from our business address in Wheat Ridge. For specific travel rates and minimum booking requirements for your location, please contact us or check the travel map when booking.

Our rental photography license allows you to use the photos for as long as you continue renting the property - you can reuse them for future rental listings whenever the property becomes available again, as long as you remain the property manager or listing agent. Our MLS photography license is designed for single-use sales listings and expires once the property sells. If you later decide to sell a rental property and list it on the MLS, you'll need to obtain a separate MLS license or commission new photography. Contact us to discuss your options.

Absolutely! You can share the photos on your business social media to market the specific rental property. Social media posts require photo credit: "Photography by Rae Scott Photo | @coloradorealestatephoto"

Each unit requires its own photography session and license. However, we can offer package pricing for multiple units booked together. Contact us to discuss multi-unit discounts and scheduling.

Yes! If your rental property includes access to common areas, pools, gyms, or other amenities, let us know during booking. We can capture these spaces as part of your package or as an add-on service.

You may make changes to your booking through the email confirmation you received when you booked, or by emailing us directly. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice during regular business hours (Monday-Friday). You may reschedule up to 2 times at no additional cost with at least 1 business day notice. Additional reschedules incur a $100 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the package price. All terms and conditions are in your contract.
