RAE Rentals + Airbnb Booking

Built for long and short-term rentals, Airbnbs, and vacation properties. Photography is licensed for ongoing use — reuse your photos for future listings of the same property as long as you remain the property manager or listing agent.     More home means more to work with. Every room gets the time it deserves, from entryway to backyard and everything in between.

  • Large and high-end homes, flips · 41–50 photos

    For homes where the details are the story. High ceilings, custom finishes, renovation work that needs to shine — this package captures all of it with the precision it deserves.

  • Luxury and high price point homes · 51–60 photos

    My highest tier, reserved for listings where excellence is the baseline. Luxury price points, high-stakes marketing, and homes that demand the full editorial treatment.

RUSH DELIVERY

PAYMENT & INCIDENTAL TERMS: Initial services are paid at booking. For additional services, incidentals, or post-shoot charges, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

CARD ON FILE: By booking, you authorize Rae Scott Photography to process any incidental balances or late fees using the credit card on file if the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days.

LATE POLICY: A $25.00 late fee applies 30 days after the invoice date. 1.5% monthly interest starts 45 days after the invoice date. Access to galleries and future bookings are paused at 60 days overdue.

Rentals SHOOT | FAQ

  • No problem! While we have set packages designed for vacation rentals, long-term rentals, and Airbnbs, we can also create custom packages to fit your specific needs. Just reach out through our contact page or email us at hello@raescottphoto.com with details about your property and what you're looking for, and we'll work with you to create the perfect solution.

  • Start by selecting your preferred package through our online booking system. If this is our first time working together this year, you'll receive a contract to sign before the shoot. During booking, you'll provide the property address, access information, and any special requests. We'll arrive at the scheduled time to photograph your rental property, highlighting the features and amenities that make it stand out to potential tenants. Final edited photos are delivered within 2 business days (or 1 business day with rush delivery), professionally edited and ready to use for your rental listings on platforms like Zillow Rental Manager, Apartments.com, and more. Your license allows you to reuse the photos for future rental listings of the same property as long as you remain the property manager or listing agent.

  • As of right now, I only offer photography. In the future I may add on more services, but at this point I like specializing in high-end residential photography.

    If these are critical to your listing, I may be able to team up with colleagues (or make recommendations) to make your vision come to life. Email me to see if this is an option.

  • Yes! We're headquartered in Denver but serve all of Colorado and beyond. Travel fees apply for properties outside our standard service area, calculated from our business address in Wheat Ridge. For specific travel rates and minimum booking requirements for your location, please contact us or check the travel map when booking.

  • Our rental photography license allows you to use the photos for as long as you continue renting the property - you can reuse them for future rental listings whenever the property becomes available again, as long as you remain the property manager or listing agent. Our MLS photography license is designed for single-use sales listings and expires once the property sells. If you later decide to sell a rental property and list it on the MLS, you'll need to obtain a separate MLS license or commission new photography. Contact us to discuss your options.

  • Absolutely! You can share the photos on your business social media to market the specific rental property. Social media posts require photo credit: "Photography by Rae Scott Photo | @coloradorealestatephoto"

  • Each unit requires its own photography session and license. However, we can offer package pricing for multiple units booked together. Contact us to discuss multi-unit discounts and scheduling.

  • Yes! If your rental property includes access to common areas, pools, gyms, or other amenities, let us know during booking. We can capture these spaces as part of your package or as an add-on service.

  • You may make changes to your booking through the email that was sent to you when you booked or you can email me to request changes. All changes must be made before 1 business day prior to the shoot. For example, if your shoot is at 9am, changes must be made before 9am the previous business day.
