Image licensing
We’re excited to provide you with beautiful, custom content to help market your listing. Your final images (including photos, video, drone, and more) come with a license to use them for promoting that specific property—things like MLS, your website, social media, email blasts, flyers, and in-office materials are all good to go.
Please don’t share the images with third parties like stagers, builders, or media outlets without checking with us first. We’re always happy to discuss additional licensing if you need to use the images beyond the original scope.
Once an image license is purchased and the images are delivered, no refunds will be issued. Once delivered, the licensing transaction is considered complete, and the images are available for use as agreed upon. We encourage you to carefully review your intended use of the images before purchasing the license.

Relisting
When you book an MLS session, the images are exclusively licensed to the agent who made the original booking for the sale of that specific property. These images can’t be used by other agents or parties unless the original booking agent gives explicit written permission. If permission is granted, the agent requesting to use the images will be charged 50% of the original package cost. If permission is declined, the requesting agent will need to reshoot the property at full price through a new booking.
Rae Scott Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images, and granting permission for another agent to use them doesn’t transfer the copyright.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll refund your booking fee minus a 6% transaction fee, or you can opt for a full credit to apply to a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting the booking fee as we can’t offer the time to other clients.
You can reschedule up to two times at no charge with one full business day’s notice. After that, a $100 fee applies for each additional change. Missing the required notice will be treated as a cancellation.
Please note: Weekends and holidays are not included in the 24-hour notice period. For Monday appointments, cancellations or changes must be made by the end of business on Friday.
If you fail to show up or don’t provide access within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you’ll be charged 100% of the package price.
