Your final images come with a license to market that specific property for sale including MLS, your website, social media, email marketing, flyers, and in-office materials. Additional licensing is available for expanded use beyond the original scope. Images may not be shared with third parties like stagers, builders, or media outlets. These parties must contact us directly for appropriate licensing. Once images are delivered, the licensing transaction is complete and no refunds will be issued.

MLS images are exclusively licensed to the booking agent for that specific property sale. Other agents or parties cannot use these images without written permission from the original booking agent. If permission is granted, the requesting agent pays 50% of the original package cost. If permission is declined, a new booking at full price is required. Rae Scott Photography retains all copyright ownership.

Cancellations: 24+ hours notice given on a business day receives full refund minus 6% transaction fee or full credit for future use. Less than 24 hours notice or notice given on weekends/holidays forfeits the booking fee.

Rescheduling: Two free reschedules allowed with 24+ hours notice given on a business day. Additional reschedules cost $100 each.

No-shows: Failure to provide access within 15 minutes results in 100% package charge.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from notice periods.

One round of edits is included with every photography package. Edit requests must be submitted within 14 days of gallery delivery. Additional rounds of edits or requests submitted after the 14-day deadline will be charged at $100 per hour. All additional editing fees require approval and payment before work begins.
