Real Estate SHOOT | FAQ

All package pricing includes a single-use license for image usage directly related to the sale of the home. This license permits the listing agent, seller, and associated marketing parties to use the images across MLS listings, property websites, social media, print materials, and other promotional channels for the duration of the active listing and sale process.

The photographer retains copyright ownership of the images, but you have full rights to use them for marketing and selling the specific property photographed. For extended usage rights, portfolio licensing, or commercial applications beyond the property sale, please inquire about our additional licensing options.

Start by selecting the package you prefer above. If this is our first time working together this year, we’ll send you a contract to sign that needs to be done before the shoot. During the booking process, you’ll give us the details we need including the address and entry information. If you have anything else you’d like us to know, send us an email prior to the shoot day. Photos are ready two business days later, by the end of the day unless you selected a rush upgrade. Everything is edited to perfection by us and sized ready to be uploaded to the web.

Absolutely! However, our standard packages include a single-use license for one property sale only. Since flippers and investors typically need to use images across multiple properties, in portfolios, or for ongoing marketing, we require an extended use license in addition to the photography package. Contact us to discuss adding the appropriate extended licensing to match your business needs.

As of right now, our team offers real estate photography, videography and drone services.

We do not currently offer floorplans, websites or Matterport/3D videos although we intend to add more services soon.

You may make changes to your booking through the email that was sent to you when you booked or you can email me to request changes. All changes must be made before 1 business day prior to the shoot. For example, if your shoot is at 9am, changes must be made before 9am the previous business day. Terms and conditions are in your contract and the agreement you filled out during the booking process.
