PAYMENT & INCIDENTAL TERMS: Initial services are paid at booking. For additional services, incidentals, or post-shoot charges, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
CARD ON FILE: By booking, you authorize Rae Scott Photography to process any incidental balances or late fees using the credit card on file if the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days.
LATE POLICY: A $25.00 late fee applies 30 days after the invoice date. 1.5% monthly interest starts 45 days after the invoice date. Access to galleries and future bookings are paused at 60 days overdue.

Looking for something custom? No problem. Shoot us an email and we’ll build the perfect shoot for you.

Start by selecting the package you prefer above. If this is our first time working together this year, we’ll send you a contract to sign that needs to be done before the shoot. During the booking process, you’ll give us the details we need including the address and entry information. If you have anything else you’d like us to know, send us an email prior to the shoot day. Photos are ready two business days later, by the end of the day unless you selected a rush upgrade. Everything is edited to perfection by us and sized ready to be uploaded to the web.

As of right now, we only offer high-end residential photography and professional 2D floor plans. In the future we may add on more services, but at this point we like specializing in high-end residential photography.
If these are critical to your listing, we may be able to team up with colleagues (or make recommendations) to make your vision come to life. Email us to see if this is an option.

You may make changes to your booking through the email that was sent to you when you booked or you can email us to request changes. All changes must be made before 24 hours prior to the shoot. Terms and conditions are in your contract and the agreement you filled out during the booking process. For more details on our policy, click here.
